The Hydromold Prime is a genetically modified hydromold. Made here in Vextech, by high manager Uhmah. As of the writing of this, there is only one in existence (Sylva). The full motive to it’s creation is unknown, as it was Vexus who asked Uhmah to do it.
The Hydromold Prime’s DNA is primarily a splice between a male and female protein hydromold, but also includes a minor amount of Xyner DNA.
Base disription:
Hydromold Prime’s are a slightly brighter blue then a normal protein hydromold, but just as see-through. They are able to control the consistency of their slime. Since they have both male and female hydromold DNA, they are able to reshape and split there body. Though since the split parts do not have a core, they are able to control them as if they are still attached. They are also able to make copies of themselves and have the same control over them. The more protein they eat, the more they can grow, reshape, and split without shrinking their base mass.
Reproduction:
As of the writing of this, it is unknown if Hydromold Pryme’s are able to reproduce. Even though it has female DNA, it is not able produce another hydromold core. It is completely possible that they can reproduce alongside a female hydromold, but is because female will use any sort of protein to make a core. And even then, it is unknown if a female would consider them as a mate. Though due to the use of Xyner DNA, it is possible that if they had intercourse with a female Xyner they could reproduce.
