Topic: Journal Log Introduction

Hello VexTech Staff,

If you are reading this then that means that you have been selected for our Journal Log Data Collection or J.L.D.C. for short. The J.L.D.C. is simply a way for us to keep track of inventions, research progress, staff relations, and more. Each log will need the date, log classification, a topic, and your name or VTID. Logs can be recorded using both speech to text and by just typing. If you use speech to text it will be indicated above the logs content.

The log classes are:

Informational: Logs that are viewable by all J.L.D.C. (This class can only be used by district managers)

Classified: Logs that are only viewable by district managers.

Personal: Logs that are only viewable by the poster. (occasionally monitored by the M.S.R.D. for security purposes)

E.D.: Logs that are only viewable by all Entertainment District staff and all district managers.

Sub Classifications:

Market: Logs that are only viewable by all Marketing Sub District staff and the major district manager.

Prod: Logs that are only viewable by all Production Sub District staff and the major district manager.

Sea: Logs that are only viewable by all Seasonal Sub District staff and the major district manager.

M.D.: Logs that are only viewable by all Mechanics District staff and all district managers.

Sub Classifications:

Robot: Logs that are only viewable by all Robotics Sub District staff and the major district manager.

Engine: Logs that are only viewable by all Engineering Sub District staff and the major district manager.

Code: Logs that are only viewable by all Coding Sub District staff and the major district manager.

S.D.: Logs that are only viewable by all Science District staff and all district managers.

Sub Classifications:

Chem: Logs that are only viewable by all Chemistry Sub District staff and the major district manager.

Gen: Logs that are only viewable by all Genetics Sub District staff and the major district manager.

Mark: Logs that are only viewable by all Marks Sub District staff and the major district manager.

D.D.: Logs that are only viewable by all Defense District staff and all district managers.

Sub Classifications:

Mili: Logs that are only viewable by all Military Sub District staff and the major district manager.

Sec: Logs that are only viewable by all Security Sub District staff and the major district manager.

Res: Logs that are only viewable by all Resources Sub District staff and the major district manager.

You are able to use multiple classifications but the class with the most strict regulations will override all other regulations. If you use multiple district classifications then the log will be visible to all districts used. If you wish to view a log that is outside of your security clearance then you will need the permission of your district manager and the district manager of the log you are trying to access.

WARNING

Abuse of the J.L.D.C. may result in the removal of your access to the J.L.D.C. or even a termination of contract.

Also if you find a log that is dashed through, it means that it is under security review and will be available soon.
