Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

\\\DEADLINES///

• We don’t work with deadlines but will try to get commissions done as soon as possible.

• If a deadline is required then please discuss it with me beforehand.

• If you wish to push your commission in front of others then a priority fee will be required.

• Once your piece is completed, I will send it directly to you and it is your responsibility to save it.

\\\CHANGES///

• We are not obligated to make major changes to your commission if it wasn’t apart of your original request.

• We will amend mistakes we’ve made (with your request) before marking the commission as complete.

• If you wish to make changes after the commission is marked as complete, it will require an additional fee that will depend on the complexity.

• We are not obligated to do a redraw if you end up not happy with the finished product.

\\\DO NOT///

• Do not claim as your own, trace, recolour, resell, heavily reference, license, or anything related without my expressed permission; terms of use is negotiable.

• Do not edit any of my creations without my permission.

\\\MY RIGHTS///

• We have the right to decline commissions from anyone for private reasons.

• If the commission gets posted anywhere else, make sure to give me credits.

• If you talk to me aggressively, threaten me, insult me, or attempt to coerce me into working, we have the right to deny your commission completely and deny any future commissions.

• If you either deny or abandon a commission I have the right to keep or sell it.

• If break any of these terms, we have the right to block, blacklist, and report you as well as remove the rights to use my artwork commercially.

\\\PAYMENT///

• We will only start your commission if we’ve received at least half of the payment.

• If a payment plan is required, then we’ll start once we’ve received the first payment.

• If it is time to art working on your commission and we haven’t received the first payment, we’ll let you know.

• You will only receive the final product once it has been completely paid off.

\\\REFUNDS///

• If you are insulting me or being aggressive to me in any way and wish to get a refund. I have the option to deny further commission or I will outright deny your refund.

• If wish to get a refund, you’ll receive the amount based on my completion percentage.
