“Ok…”

“What am I talking about this time?….”

“Ah!”

“Right.”

“Static E.C.E.”

“Huuuuh huuh…”

“Now before I get started I have to stress that static E.C.E. is the most dangerous out of any other E.C.E!”

“If you get too close it will chain to you and it will kill you!”

“The only people who are even aloud to use or even get close to anything using static E.C.E., are either those who have the specific training and protection or those who have an affinity for static E.C.E.!”

“Static E.C.E. is in a constant gas state that looks like a purple sparkly cloud that chains lightning to anything that is conductive.”

“If you happen to find any that has gotten loose, do not approach and contact someone who is qualified as soon as possible!”

“Anyway….”

“Static E.C.E. or lightning fog, generates the most power out of any other E.C.E.”

“The only problem is that it’s power output can’t be decreased and is so intense that it can only be used by devices made specific for it”

“Now because of this, static E.C.E. is mostly used by the military for the powering of their ships and weapons.

“But we also use static generators for our backup generators since it can kick in instantaneously.”

“If static E.C.E. comes within contact with any other power source it will fry the entire system.”

“Unless it’s using thermal E.C.E., since it is an electric alternative and can’t be short-circuited.”

“A common occurrence with the designing of static devices is the use of thermal E.C.E. for the powering of the control unit, but then uses the static E.C.E. to power the devices primary use.”

“While thermal E.C.E. is the most controllable, static is the complete opposite.”

“But it can be easily directed using conductive materials.”

“If the material is conductive enough not only will the lightning chain but the mist itself will be attracted.”

“Huuuh..”

“Ok, is that it?…”

“Right!”

“I nearly forgot.”

“Static E.C.E. is pretty simple in how it’s made since all you need is exposed wiring that is conducting at least 31kV, but the difficult part is that the activator has to be applied directly to the wire or else will get contaminated and fail.”

“Ok, now that is everything.”

“Oh, and by the way, please stop asking me about the new military ships.”

“I have nothing to do with the project.”
