“Huuuh...”

“About a month ago, one of the construction teams working on Sylva’s district came across a strange crystallization during excavation.”

“This crystal had a faint E.C.E. signal so he quarantined the site.”

“It turns out that this crystal is an undiscovered E.C.E.”

“But the E.C.E. signal wasn’t actually coming from the crystal.”

“But from these multicolored veins throughout it’s structure.”

“These veins seem to be other E.C.E.’s that have been absorbed by the crystals.”

“These crystals in particular have veins of thermal and static E.C.E.”

“The veins are completely solid and safe unless shattered.”

“Once shatter they then turn back into the E.C.E. and can be dangerous.”

“We had an accident during this discovery with one of my team member getting a minor first degree burn.”

“Luckily there wasn’t enough static for it cause anything more then a tingle.”

“We were trying to find why it wasn’t giving off a signal.”

“And we were thinking it’s catalyst would have to be some sort of stone, presenting it’s state and that it was found deep underground.”

“But after further studying, and many failed generation tests.”

“It appears to be pure crystalized polyconekinhedrine.”

“This explains why other E.C.E’s can react with it so easily.”

“And why it doesn’t give off an E.C.E. signal on it’s own.”

“The biggest question is how is this the first time we have encounter this?”

“We still have many tests to conduct so if anyone happens to encounter more please let a superior know.”

“One of those that we have yet to have done is how it reacts with organic materials.”

“So do not touch it!”

“We still do not know what it is capable of and exactly how dangerous it is.”

“Once we are done studying, I will make an E.C.E. log just like the others.”

“Be safe people.”

“Don’t be stupid.”
