Greetings managers,

I am afraid to announce that as of today, I will be prohibiting any and all use of scarlet E.C.E. outside of testing. With our continue studding of said E.C.E., we have discovered that during the initial transformation period it causes some minor manipulation of the brain. Though we have yet to have figured out if it is a long term effect, any sort of mind altering is completely band as stated in the company policy.

We will continue to study scarlet E.C.E., but until we can find a way to remove this effect studding will be the farthest we go with it’s use. If anyone were to ask on why just them it puts to much strain on the skeletal system as it is still technically true. If anyone were to get caught with scarlet E.C.E., then I am afraid M.S.R.D. will have to step in as it could get dangerous real quick. We must not let anyone know about the real reason as it could get leaked to competitors or worse.

As of right now, I’ll need all of your help rallying every bit of scarlet E.C.E. you can find and sending it to the C.G.M.D.’s E.C.E. testing vault for safe keeping and monitoring. I am also going to ask you to send everyone you know who has used the E.C.E. to C.G.M.D.’s genetics department for psycho analysis.

I am sorry for everyone who’s work this affects but, it is a caution I have to take. Scarlet E.C.E. will not be out of the picture for forever though as once we have found a way to fix the problem, we will resume it’s use as usual.
