To most of you, this announcement is pointless. But to all of you with a scarlet E.C.E. license, I would highly recommend reading.

I know the use of scarlet E.C.E. has been prohibited for quite some time now, but I’m sad to announce that it is officially banned. Both from use and production.

It has been found to cause to much strain on the body and brain, and leaves marks that could possibly shorten your lifespan. Plus during combat, it would be very bad if an enemy managed to get there hands on a scarlet vial. Though it would be impossible for them to replicate it, it could cause un-necessary casualties.

Though because I know how long the training took for you to get your license and how long the prohibition took, everyone who has earned their license is being offered training for one other E.C.E. regardless of rank. Excluding spatial. Of course it is not required, but it gives you an option for a replacement.

I am sincerely sorry, but I care about the wellbeing of my employees. If at any point we continue testing and manage to remove the negative side effects, then it could get unbanned. But due to the instability of the E.C.E., it is very unlikely.
