“Hello.”
“This is Norrac from M.D.’s power team.”
“I have been assigned to study the reactor captured from operation two birds one stone.”
“Now before I get into what I’ve studied, I’ll give a little back story of at least what I was told about the reactor.”
“So apparently it originates from X-6 or, Xynys, as it was once called.”
“This planet, that has now been mostly sucked up by a singularity, was once home to a species known as Xyners.”
“For those who don’t know, Vexus, Klemyn, Sehryn, and a couple of our fellow coworkers are Xyners.”
“They are now a very rare species that have be scattered throughout the universe.”
“Anyway, I’ll leave the full description for the bestiary studies.”
“This reactor is from X-6’s old civilization, from before the planet shattered.”
“Apparently it is capable of powering multiple cities all on it’s own, but was kept to one a city for safety reasons.”
“Now how one managed to survive the shatter and the singularity, is beyond me.”
“from what I found, none of the actual reactor was damaged.”
“Only the out going powerlines.”
“The material it is made out of is, completely new to me.”
“It contains the same alloy that we use, but with an extra ingredient.”
“I’m struggling to figure it out.”
“Perhaps a material completely native to or only made on X-6?”
“Regardless it is insanely durable, not electrically conductive, and not magnetic.”
“Its structure and interior both are extremely similar to our generators.”
“Klemyn said that she used to work in one of the power facilities, so I guess she tried to recreate them off memory.”
“I’m assuming the actual blueprints have been long lost due to the shatter.”
“Though another thing I can’t figure out, is what kind of fuel it used.”
“I can’t find any residue of anything.”
“Not even radiation.”
“I guess just another thing lost due to the test of time?”
“What ever it was, it wasn’t a liquid or gas.”
“In the spot that we have our E.C.E. chambers is sort of stand, seemingly meant to hold something.”
“Perhaps some sort of oddly shaped fuel cell?”
“But that would require it to be changed.”
“Which would result in a citywide power outage every time.”
“I’m at a loss.”
“I need to talk to Klemyn about this anyway.”
“She’ll probably know more about it.”
“Well, that’s all I got for now.”
“I’ll see if I can get Klemyn to do a quick onceover with me.”
“When she can that is.”
