The coding half of the live translator is almost complete. According to Chel, they’re just waiting for the Timbran data to sync up. The actual translation part of their coding is completely functional though. We tested it using a base model we came up with.

Though I know the final model is going to be a cybernetic, perhaps we can add some of the coding to the scribes. that way everyone can translate messages easier. And maybe even allow it to translate writing in images. just a suggestion.

Speaking of the cybernetic, both ear and eye pieces are done. All we need to figure out, is the best and safest way to make the connection between the two. While we could make them link through the brain, that allows room for mental interference. Meaning we’re going to have to go with seam wiring, and that can get a little tricky when it comes to head cybernetics. Perhaps I could get in contact with Vexus for some help with that?
